This is very nice indeed - and the way inductive charging (wireless) should be done..
Typically Inductive Charging adds a bulky sleeve to your slim gadget so it can charge when placed on the charging pad. Yes it’s great to avoid wires, but is it worth adding bulk?
Mobee’s solution on the other hand places the receiver inside the battery compartment (at less weight than normal batteries no less).
Let’s hope others learn from Mobee’s solution..

Glasses-Less 3D TV is the only way this is ever going mainstream

This is actually a really good idea.. I’ve seen camera-phone rigs before, but could never understand the point because you’ll fall in one of two categories:
- You’re a pro so don’t mind bulky equipment - in which case, get a good camera! A smartphone just isn’t going to cut it
- You just want to take some good photos on the go, hence the rig will slow you down and remove the ‘portability’ of the mobile camera
This though, does fall between the two.. a small magnetic ring is attached around your existing camera on your smartphone, then the lenses (small enough to sit on a keychain), can just snap in place - take a few pics and you can pop it back on your keychain..
portability AND awesome photography? Yes please!

Because zombies have feelings too.. Or maybe they don’t.

Is this good reasoning behind tighter app store controls like Apple? No.
What it should be indicating is that tighter OS control is required to stop such important information being used int hat way (i.e. emailed out).

The 3D TV train still continues to trundle forward - Although a 3D tv is still required, having more 3D transmissions will encourage the likeliness of adoption.
Time will still tell though if 3D really is the next big thing!
Wonderful - Except for the fact that Apple has already shown the Death Grip for the Droid X!
